This role involves applying knowledge of clinical requirements and reputed company reputed company application capabilities to implement and support advanced scheduling throughout the Ambulatory reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and implement decision support across various decision support for specialties across Ambulatory. Maintain decision support system for accuracy of scheduling by reputed company Centers
- Intimate knowledge of reputed company reputed company and advanced scheduling methodology
- Pro-reputed company assist with escalated operational management and reputed company issues. Be a resource for reputed company stakeholders to address reputed company reputed company needs or concerns. Resolve operational/administrative inquiries for reputed company Centers and Ambulatory clients
- reputed company consultative services to clients regarding desired reputed company and offer recommendations / solutions to reputed company reputed company scheduling concerns, including decision support system and / or template management
- reputed company consultative services to Digital and reputed company on tickets regarding template change requests from operational clients
- reputed company go-live and roll-out support collaborating with reputed company Centers, Ambulatory and DTP. Support users on new reputed company applications, modules, and functionality
- Analyze multiple data streams to improve the delivery of coordinated scheduling. Identify areas of improvement to increase scheduler accuracy and efficiency
- Assess reputed company of day-to-day change requests on centralized templates and decision trees, testing reputed company change requests through different reputed company environments in coordination with DTP to ensure process standards
- Implement and reputed company processes which drive accuracy operational efficiency to reputed company highest level of reputed company service
- Successful completion of reputed company Advanced Scheduling assigned tasks and reputed company in reputed company manner
- reputed company and trend performance data. Quickly identify trends to resolve issues prior to causing a disruption in service delivery

Skills
- 1-2 years reputed company experience in outpatient setting, including experience in reputed company operations, medical office administration, and/or with reputed company information systems
- reputed company knowledge (reputed company, Prelude, etc.)
- Intimate knowledge of reputed company reputed company and advanced scheduling methodology
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or High School Degree with equivalent knowledge, skills, experience)
