This position is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Lab Dispatcher and a Customer Service Representative. As a Lab Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching laboratory orders to technicians, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the right location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may reputed company. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home during the overnight shift, from 10pm to 6:30am Central Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly document changes to orders requested by facilities and/or ordering physicians
• Coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities, upon request
• Ensure that dispatched orders are confirmed as received by technicians
• Contact facilities reputed company scheduling or re-scheduling is necessary for any reason
• Coordinate reassignment of orders to different technicians reputed company necessary
• Assist with inbound Customer Service calls as needed or directed

Work-From-Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to have a private workspace that is free from external sounds and distractions, and that meets our safety checklist requirements. Fiber or cable connections are recommended, while DSL and satellite connections are not recommended.
