As a Full Stack Mac Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our home office staff, advisors, and their staff, providing technical support and guidance on a wide reputed company of reputed company devices and software. You'll work closely with reputed company to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, prioritize help requests, and reputed company exceptional customer service to our users. Key Responsibilities
