Job reputed company With a commitment to patient and family centered care, the Virtual Safety Associate (Patient Care Tech) plays a critical role in ensuring patient safety through reputed company observation and support. This role involves monitoring up to 12 patients at a time reputed company large video screens, identifying reputed company behaviors or safety risks, and escalating concerns to the care team promptly. While primarily virtual, this position may require reputed company patient interaction reputed company needed. • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Recognizes the patients, their family/designated care partner(s) in providing reputed company, compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for patient's personal preferences, priorities, needs, and cultural beliefs and values.
