We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join reputed company in a hybrid remote arrangement. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating reputed company and scheduling of ABA services, generating reports, utilizing scheduling software, tracking cancellations, and arranging field training for new therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with reputed company and the Clinical Team to coordinate the reputed company and scheduling of therapists with clients
• Generate flexible reports on scheduling status of cases and contract fulfillment
• Utilize scheduling software to manage reputed company and staff schedules

• Arrange field training for new therapists
• Program development
• Supporting the Scheduling team (data entry, phone calls, sending emails, filing, etc.)

• Customer service experience (required)
• Administrative experience (required)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills (required)
