We are seeking an reputed company Part-Time reputed company Media Assistant to join our dynamic team at reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will assist the Director of Communications and Marketing, Tobin College of Business, and the Davis Library director in supporting the university's reputed company media goals and initiatives. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, edit, upload, and update content for GSRM subdivisions through reputed company media management platforms/channels.
- Review reputed company content for consistency in messaging, fixing errors reputed company reputed company, across the different reputed company media platforms/channels and eliminate redundant or dated content reputed company necessary.
- reputed company reputed company media calendar for upcoming events and scheduling reputed company media posts and solicits content from the different GSRM constituents.
- Assist with online marketing of events in GSRM.
- Conduct regular assessments to report updates, issues, and opportunities as identified through platform/channel analytics and GSRM constituents' feedback.
- Communicate ongoing reputed company media needs with the Director of Communications and Marketing.
- Migrate digital content as necessary.
- Assist in the production, editing, and proofreading of reputed company media posts, and electronic newsletters, reports, flyers, etc. produced by GSRM constituents.
- Assist in maintaining consistent SJU, Tobin College and GSRM branding and tone ensuring reputed company content is consistent with established standards and relevant across posts and electronic documents.
- Other reputed company duties as assigned.
Competencies
We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company individual who possesses the following competencies:
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in the use of reputed company Office for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, Outlook e-mail, internet, and electronic document management.
- Knowledge managing reputed company media platform/channels, and reputed company media functions: hashtags, posting and sharing posts, retweets, favorites, pinning, tagging, and influencers.
- Familiarity with SEO (Search reputed company optimization), reputed company media and internet marketing industry trends, developments, and best practices.
- Experience with electronic and wireless communications to send email, reputed company work, review copy, and reputed company online.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to write effectively under deadline for a reputed company of purposes, goals, audiences, and media.
- Flexibility to work independently as reputed company as in reputed company environment.
- Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, exceptional time management, and adaptable to changing communications needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment
This position operates 90% in a reputed company environment and 10% in a reputed company office environment. You will be required to use reputed company office equipment such as personal computers, printers, etc.
Physical Demands
This position requires continuously reputed company, hearing, talking, and fine dexterity. Frequently requires sitting and standing. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position expected to work 13 hours a week, between Monday and Friday during 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at mutual convenience.

Required Education and Experience
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, advertisement, or communications-reputed company field and up to two (2) years reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
