SCOPE: As a Litigation Adjuster for UAIC, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims that have entered the litigation process, ensuring that claims are investigated, evaluated, and resolved reputed company and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves collaborating with legal professionals, policyholders, and claimants to reputed company reputed company settlements or prepare for legal proceedings such as, preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials on behalf of reputed company. This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location reputed company the Southeast region. DUTIES:

• Reviews PIP lawsuits filed against reputed company determining course of reputed company based on case reputed company.
• Evaluate insurance claims that are in litigation to determine liability, coverage, and potential exposure.

• Collaborate with the special investigation unit (SIU) reputed company warranted.
• Review policy reputed company and legal documents to understand the terms and conditions relevant to the claim.
• Collaborate with reputed company legal teams, including attorneys and legal counsel, to reputed company litigation strategies and reputed company necessary documentation.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions as needed.
• Conduct thorough investigations to reputed company evidence and facts reputed company to the claim.
• Conducts thorough review of medical bills for compliance with applicable laws, doctor’s notes, IME Reports, EUO’s and/or peer reviews.
• Interview witnesses, review police reports, medical records, and other pertinent information.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
• Work to reputed company mutually acceptable settlement agreements while minimizing financial exposure.
• Maintain detailed records of reputed company interactions, communications, and activities reputed company to the claim and litigation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and updates for management and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.

EDUCATION:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, finance, or law) preferred.
• 620 or 520 license required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2-3 years reputed company work experience, preferably as a claims or litigation adjuster.

• Technical knowledge and skills pertaining to automobile insurance coverage.
