[Remote] Associate Director Development, reputed company Finance & Markets

The Associate Director of Development, reputed company Finance & Markets will help expand philanthropic support for innovative conservation initiatives by managing donor relationships and developing fundraising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in expanding philanthropic support for some of reputed company’s most innovative conservation initiatives
- Build and manage a portfolio of individual, reputed company, and corporate prospects while helping grow the pipeline of philanthropic support for IFM priorities
- reputed company donor discovery efforts, reputed company and execute prospect strategies, and deepen relationships with existing supporters to create new opportunities for engagement and investment in conservation
- Partner with colleagues across the Conservancy to reputed company compelling proposals, coordinate donor strategies, and connect donor interests with high-reputed company conservation solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years reputed company experience or an equivalent combination
- Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents
- Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more
- Experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in a large non-profit
- Experience working with fundraising principles and practices
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
- Ability to design and manage fundraising plans, including individualized cultivation, solicitation and recognition plans
- Ability to determine an individual's interests, reputed company and potential for helping the Conservancy meet its goals, and reputed company appropriately to tie those interests with the Conservancy's work
- Demonstrated experience using listening, diplomacy and reputed company to build strong relationships and motivate donors and volunteers
- Proven ability to negotiate reputed company, high profile or sensitive agreements
