As a Remote Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, comprising 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing financial records and postings using QuickBooks Online
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs
• Performing financial calculations, reconciling financial records, and resolving discrepancies
• Executing general office tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence
• Maintaining accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized systems
• Collaborating effectively with team members and exhibiting consistency in repetitive tasks

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse portfolio of 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations

• Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for recording, storing, and analyzing financial data
• Ensure precision in financial records and postings
