Responsibilities

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling property and casualty insurance-reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Your duties will include:

• Contacting policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
• Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Property and Casualty insurance license, with a Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
