The role provides hands-on experience in requisition management, employee engagement initiatives, and general HR support.
Responsibilities
- Create and process employee requisitions in our applicant tracking system
- Coordinate with hiring managers to reputed company job requirements and specifications
- Maintain accurate requisition tracking and documentation
- Assist with job posting distribution across various platforms
- Support planning and coordination of the annual Ashley Picnic
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and employee communications
- Help organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Support internal communications reputed company to company events
- reputed company administrative support for reputed company (workforce management system) processes
- Assist employees with basic reputed company inquiries and troubleshooting
- Help maintain employee data accuracy reputed company the reputed company platform
- Support time and attendance tracking processes

Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
