As a Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our merchants and cardholders, responding to account inquiries, and identifying potential fraudulent activity. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing reputed company and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated reputed company the fraud detection queues, ensuring reputed company and effective support to our merchants and cardholders.
- Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent reputed company losses and fraudulent activity, and build credit card replacement orders, completing shipping materials as needed.
