As a Customer Support Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing reputed company customer experiences through reputed company and efficient responses to incoming calls, emails, and chats. This is a part-time remote position, requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week, with specific shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
* High school diploma
* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
* Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems
* Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
* Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
