As a Customer Service Specialist II in our Animal Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, responding to reputed company customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- One (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact
- Experience in the operation of a personal computer required

- Ability to read for comprehension
