The Data Entry Specialist/Clerk will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing teams, focusing on processing production orders, creating labels for reputed company Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and assist the Inventory and Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO requirements
- Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching documents into our reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify and maintain accurate Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks
- Support the Inventory and Planning teams with resubmitting re-test samples and performing other duties as necessary
- Work under ISO requirements, following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Participate in other reputed company and responsibilities as required, contributing to the reputed company improvement of our manufacturing processes
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience, or a Biotech Certificate or Associate's degree in a science or reputed company field
- Strong competency with reputed company Office, particularly Word and reputed company
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
