About the Role:
As a Live Chat Specialist - Collections, you'll play a critical role in responding to borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to reputed company borrower's delinquency. You'll maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as reputed company as records of any payments collected from the customer. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll work a reputed company Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:30am to 6pm PST.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
