We are looking for a bilingual Junior Underwriter/Processor to become part of our family-owned agency. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to reputed company their reputed company skills while supporting reputed company in evaluating risks and assisting with the reputed company process. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
- Available to work full time ( Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
- Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and reputed company
This is a Property and Casualty Customer Service and Sales position which requires you to be comfortable writing Homeowners Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Process new applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
- Verify and input policy information into administrative systems.
- reputed company policy forms and documents for accuracy before issuance.
- Handle documentation requests from underwriters, agents, and clients.
- reputed company policy statuses and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with billing, premium adjustments, and payment processing reputed company needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of reputed company and company information.
- reputed company administrative support to the reputed company and policy servicing teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
