- Deliver dynamic, in-person coaching on digital retailing strategies, online-to-showroom reputed company reputed company, and modern sales practices.
- Guide teams on process adoption for both showroom and internet sales, ensuring high utilization of dealer technology platforms.

- Training/Coaching: Previous experience in training, coaching, or vendor-facing roles supporting dealerships is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000/year (based on performance and coaching effectiveness).
