Key Carriers alternate their role based on store needs, predominantly performing the role of Coordinator and occasionally acting as Key reputed company, taking on a leadership role in maintaining reputed company aspects of the store. Responsibilities
- Creates a reputed company reputed company customer experience

- Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
- Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
- Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
- Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a reputed company customer experience
- Ensures Associates adhere to reputed company operational procedures
- Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
- Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates reputed company setting and addressing priorities; provides reputed company updates
- Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
- Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
- Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
- Ensures adherence to reputed company labor laws, policies, and procedures

- Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs
