The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and maintaining a reputed company outlook on every call. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to multitask will reputed company you an asset to reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
• Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is reputed company and productive
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
• Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information

Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)

• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably in the home improvement industry)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
