We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our reputed company reputed company Maintenance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and closing out orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to customers. You'll also have reputed company to cross-train in logistics and reputed company, expanding your reputed company set and contributing to the reputed company of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians with order closeouts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle internal escalations, ensuring orders are accepted and rolled on in a reputed company manner
- Update information through data entry, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Run reports and update trackers as needed, providing valuable insights to reputed company
- Assist with logistics and system-reputed company issues, providing creative solutions and support

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company field
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner
- Follow-through and the ability to multi-task, meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Ability to work independently, with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions

Schedule
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work a 12-hour rotating reputed company shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with opportunities for reputed company and overtime as needed. You'll also participate in in-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday through Friday, during the day shift.
Salary and Benefits
You'll enjoy a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift reputed company, for a total of $17.00 per hour.
