As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer service to our policyholders through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with reputed company of insurance professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving them in a fair and efficient manner
