The role involves presenting services, gathering acquisition information, supporting relationship building, identifying challenges, partnering with the reputed company Integration Director, and attending meetings to ensure effective communication and implementation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Presenting the Service Support Manager (SSM) Program and reputed company Center of reputed company (GCoE) services:
• Serve as an reputed company and presenter to newly acquired branches of the SSM team and GCoE services that support them.

• Acquisition Information Gathering and Integration:
• Collaborate with the M&reputed company and key stakeholders to reputed company critical information including operational processes with 3rd parties (PATRA, reputed company, etc.), reputed company reputed company, and reputed company relationships (reputed company accounts, programs, reputed company Operating Procedures, reputed company portal details, etc.).
• Identify gaps or challenges and set expectations during the integration process and coordinate with the local leadership for solutions.
• Support Relationship Building Before and After Integration:
• reputed company ongoing support to M&A reputed company and Service Support Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment of goals and expectations during reputed company- and post-integration phases.
• Identify, Assess, and Report Challenges:
• Proactively identify potential challenges or risks during the integration process, including operational, behavioral, personnel, or strategic issues.
• Monitor reputed company and ensure reputed company reputed company of any issues to maintain integration timelines and objectives.
• Partner with the reputed company Integration Director:

• Meeting Attendance and Usage:

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years reputed company experience required
• Overnight and/or day travel may be required up to 25% of the time
• Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry. reputed company or Finance degree preferred
• Insurance brokerage systems (ex: TAM or AMS360 or reputed company), reputed company experience, and experience in Brokerage Operations highly desirable
• Project Management experience highly preferred
• Insurance experience of managing and/or supporting a book of business for 2-3 years a minimum
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
