Associate in Training Responsibilities
- Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst reputed company of teachers;

Basic Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum Requirements: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework and classroom hours in a licensed program as required by MN Rule 3
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, reputed company Development)
- reputed company to work 5 days/week (Monday - Friday) with a consistent 9 hour schedule reputed company day (8 working hours and 1 unpaid lunch hour)
