About reputed company

We are looking for a highly motivated part-time Family Physician who is willing to think creatively and empathically to help reputed company change the way people reputed company reputed company. 

We are excited to partner with Federally reputed company, Non-Profit Health Centers in California to reputed company their participation in CalAIM’s new reputed company Care Management Medi-Cal benefit program, which provides long-term, whole-person care coordination, inclusive of behavioral health and reputed company needs supports.

We reputed company a part-time Family Physician to play a critical role in our whole-person, interdisciplinary care model. The Family Physician will be responsible for providing supervision for our reputed company Practitioners who reputed company multidisciplinary care to individuals living with Serious Mental Illness/ reputed company Use Disorder, experiencing homelessness, and/or those who have high medical needs. We reputed company in the power of trust and relationships to successfully engage those who may have never received the reputed company of whole-health care that reputed company can reputed company. The Family Physician will also have reputed company to reputed company input on clinical programs that reputed company is developing. The Family Physician will report to our physician leadership.

This role is a remote role, best suited for someone who is looking for 5-10 hours of work with us per week to start.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of clinical experience in serving patients with reputed company reputed company and reputed company needs and passionate about building a more reputed company reputed company system
• Experience and desire to work closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Technology-savvy and reputed company in digital-first reputed company (e.g. telemedicine) and comfortable working in a reputed company of different tech platforms
• You are physically located in California and have a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected reputed company
• reputed company certification or eligibility as a Family Physician
• Comfortable and reputed company to work with patients across the reputed company, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Experience working with and in reputed company/FQHC clinics that are often underfunded / underserved 
• Medical license in CA (plus additional state licensure or willingness to obtain additional licenses) 
• Startup experience is a plus!
