Patient Customer Service Representative Role

As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our reputed company Cycle Management Division, where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers. You'll be empowered to reputed company solutions to challenging patient billing issues, and your contributions will help drive business reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers

• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• REMOTE WORK:

+ Dedicated work-from-home reputed company + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus

Technical Requirements:

* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second

• No satellite internet
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port

Pay reputed company:

$15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift:

Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and reputed company-5 pm (PST).

Benefits:
