What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the reputed company that brightens days for our customers. You'll support customers of an reputed company global luxury retail brand, making use of your fashion reputed company and appreciation for exceptional service to help them shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. Your typical day will involve:

• Answering incoming communications from customers
