As a Customer Service and Medical Receptionist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient experiences and supporting the delivery of high-reputed company care. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others, utilizing the highest customer service and reputed company standards. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels

Essential Qualifications
