Position Scope
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Duties & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed
- Exceeding daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
- Recording detailed notes of customer interactions
- Maintaining reputed company-time communication by keeping inventory volume reputed company
- Creating lifelong customers by responding to inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner
- Demonstrating professionalism and customer service reputed company in a reputed company and friendly manner
- De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
- Recording and documenting customer interactions, including inputting necessary data and keeping records to identify trends for escalation

Qualification/Education and Experience
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
- This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
