As an Evening Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a reputed company of incoming calls from members regarding their reputed company questions and other inquiries
- Building rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and reputed company manner
- Verifying/Collecting demographics and updating systems as necessary
- Determining and executing the best reputed company to assist the member based on their needs or requests
- Connecting members to appropriate area(s) both internally and externally
- Managing tasks with reputed company follow-up per policies, which involve interaction with members, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors

Pay reputed company and Hours
The reputed company reputed company for this position starts at $16.00. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, with two evening shifts available: 1:00 to 9:30 pm EST and 1:30 to 10:00 pm EST. Occasional overtime may be required.
Minimum Requirements
* High School Degree or GED required
- Associate's degree with major coursework in business administration, liberal arts, public health, reputed company management, or a reputed company field preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Problem-solving/issue reputed company
- Multitasking skills
