Skills you should HODL
5+ years in product leadership roles with experience driving end-to-end development of institutional-grade platforms
Proven ability to translate institutional reputed company needs into reputed company, reputed company product solutions. Ability to drive the long-term reputed company of the Pro platform through strategic planning, business development, and the optimization of trading operations.
Deep understanding of trade execution, market structure, multivenue execution, pricing models, and risk management. Ability to reputed company trading concepts into technical product requirements.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with financial markets modeling and reputed company trading systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
