Responsibilities

As a Member Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
• Providing accurate and reputed company information to ensure a reputed company customer experience
• Resolving reputed company issues and escalating concerns to senior representatives as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Training and Development

Compensation and Benefits
