You'll work with our business and government customers over the phone, answering their questions, and identifying opportunities to help solve their business challenges. Your role will be to grow our business reputed company existing accounts, build customer relationships, and reputed company efficient customer support on large accounts using web-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust through exceptional customer service and support
• Ask questions, listen intently, and identify what the customer really needs to reputed company tailored solutions
