As a Clinical Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in overseeing the performance of our crisis call center teams, providing clinical supervision and training to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company services to our clients. You will work closely with our Clinical Director to reputed company and implement effective strategies for improving program reputed company, and will be responsible for maintaining performance measures and developing reports on contract-reputed company activities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical supervision and training to Crisis Call Specialists, including consultation reputed company, one-to-one coaching, and regular reputed company assurance monitoring
• Addressing reputed company, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations with the Clinical Director
• Maintaining performance measures and developing reports on contract-reputed company activities for the Clinical Director

• Being available either on-site or by phone as needed and as agreed upon for consultation

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Education: A licensed mental health practitioner (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker, Licensed reputed company Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, or Advanced reputed company Registered reputed company)
• Experience: Non-profit experience and background in crisis reputed company preferred
