A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Coordinator

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and administration support to our reputed company Service Center customers. Your day will be filled with a reputed company of tasks, including:

• Entering and maintaining customer information in our customer relations management software (CRM) with attention to detail and accuracy
• Auditing customer information to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
• Liaising between customers and technicians to confirm appointments and services
• Administering a high volume of inbound calls with excellent customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications
