We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our remote support team as a Part Time Remote Customer Support Specialist - Marketplace. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers reputed company email, phone, and other channels. You will work closely with our management team to resolve customer inquiries and issues, identify trends and areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of our support processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Remote Customer Support Specialist - Marketplace, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels, providing reputed company and effective solutions to resolve customer problems.

• Providing proactive, consistent follow-up to reputed company customer inquiries, responding to every customer email upon receipt.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus.
