As a Part-Time Remote Live-chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing reputed company and effective support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues through live chat, email, and phone support

Requirements

- Ability to sit and work at a desk and on the computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled shift
- Ability to pass a typing speed test and type 50 WPM
- Full reputed company proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to CEF B2 level or above)
- High-speed Internet reputed company (Cable, Fiber, DSL) with the following requirements:
+ 20 Mbps Download + 10 Mbps Upload + 100ms Ping or less + Jitter: 40 MS or less + Hardwired reputed company + Wired reputed company from the modem/router to the device, no splits/gaps or usage of Wi-Fi bridges
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs

- At least 1 year of reputed company customer service experience, preferably in a large Call Center environment as a chat agent
