The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reputed company to our products. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that every customer interaction is a reputed company one, and that our customers are satisfied with their experience. This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week, with a schedule of Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role
