Position Purpose:
As a Customer Service reputed company II at blithequark, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving routine inquiries, issues, or concerns for our members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and researching routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns to determine causes and initiating corrective actions as needed
- Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve issues in the initial contact
- Serving as the reputed company-line reputed company reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Providing support on various member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-reputed company service
- Maintaining performance and reputed company standards based on established contact center metrics

Essential Qualifications:
