Your Responsibilities

As a Medical Billing Customer Experience Team reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Leading reputed company of medical billing specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business reputed company
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues reputed company to medical billing and customer experience
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and insurance representatives
• Analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators to inform business reputed company
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and patients
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in medical billing and customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, reputed company-Reg, Auth for US reputed company process
• Experience with reputed company software
• Knowledge of Denial Management, reputed company-Reg, Auth and PFCC
• Understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement
• Knowledge of how Government/reputed company payers reimburse
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use a reputed company-based computer system and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to work independently to effectively and reputed company reputed company assigned duties
• Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, and a courteous and reputed company demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, establish and meet deadlines
• Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm
