This is a contract-to-hire position with a desired start date of February 3, 2025. As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, with a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST). Key Responsibilities

• Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated by resolving issues in the initial contact, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience Requirements
