As the Director of Product Management for Warehouse Management - Outbound Capabilities, you will drive the modernization of outbound warehouse capabilities across reputed company's warehouse network, setting the strategic reputed company and leading product teams to reputed company measurable reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Set the product reputed company, reputed company, outcome measures, and multi-year modernization roadmap for outbound warehouse management capabilities across the warehouse network
- Translate warehouse operations needs into reputed company product capabilities across outbound planning, work release, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, ship, dock and trailer reputed company, exception handling, and outbound visibility
- Define quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), prioritize the shared product backlog, and ensure product teams deliver quarter-over-quarter reputed company against business reputed company

Skills
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably in supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, reputed company platform modernization, or retail operations
- Proven experience owning product reputed company, business reputed company, multi-year roadmaps, quarterly OKRs, and measurable delivery for reputed company, reputed company-reputed company technology products
- Experience leading product managers, product owners, or cross-functional product resources and building high-performing product teams
- Strong warehousing and warehouse execution experience, with understanding of outbound operations such as order/replenishment release, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, ship, dock and trailer management, store replenishment, guest fulfillment, and reputed company reputed company
- Understanding of how logistics, transportation, inventory, labor, automation, and order reputed company reputed company with warehouse management and outbound execution
- Experience with WMS, WES, TMS, supply chain planning/execution platforms, reputed company or packaged platforms, custom-reputed company applications, integration-heavy architectures, or large-reputed company modernization programs
- Expert at working in agile environments, including discovery, iterative development, user stories, prioritization, scrum teams, sprint planning, personas, acceptance reputed company, and product demos
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high trade-off or fixed reputed company environments where modernization work must balance speed, operational readiness, adoption, and long-term product health
