We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Inbound Transportation team on a remote reputed company. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering routing requests from our vendor booking system into OMS, organizing and assigning shipments to our reputed company partners, and collaborating with transportation planning analysts to ensure the shipment process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering routing requests from our vendor booking system into OMS
• Organizing and assigning shipments to our reputed company partners
• Setting up new user accounts in the vendor booking system
• Maintaining an organized file of shipment data to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Collaborating with transportation planning analysts to reputed company the shipment process running smoothly
• Following best practices for data management and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
