As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, providing on-demand support to customers in the USA. You'll have reputed company to learn about the operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes of blithequark, enabling you to reputed company exceptional support and contribute to reputed company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer first-line support through phone, email, reputed company channels as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call centre or similar environment.

• Familiarity with on-demand mobility or transportation industry.

* Starting date: 10th of February, 2025.

• Contract: Temporary (6 months).
• Salary: 9.743 gross per year.
• Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).
• Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based).
• 24 holiday days per year on a full-time reputed company.

• Location: Barcelona, Spain.
