As an reputed company Business Support Manager – Terminal Activities, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our terminal activities, including embarkation, disembarkation, and other reputed company processes. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our terminal teams, coordinating with external partners and stakeholders, and driving reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in the development and implementation of embarkation reputed company improvements, issues, upgrades, and communication strategies for Terminal Activities and reputed company partners.

• Ensure the consistent improvement of operational processes to enhance reputed company reputed company Line services both internally and externally.
• Drive new initiatives and reputed company to guarantee an ideal and precise completion.
• Maintain and update databases, such as Port Appearance Times, Daily reputed company Reports, and reputed company Assurance Reviews, as reputed company as report information for monthly summaries and on-demand requests.
• Support the Terminal Support Manager with the Moderate process and citizenship questions and reputed company Part advancement.
• Support agenda planning documentation for citizenship requirements.

• Maintain Terminal Activities documentation, including but not limited to working guides, forms, and Visitor embarkation insurance for accuracy and consistency.

• Attend and support Terminal Activities in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and Outports.
• Occasionally support the Outport group by assisting with terminal/area launch tasks.

• Collaborate with other divisions reputed company reputed company Voyage Line to ensure a consistent Visitor experience.

Essential Capabilities

* Knowledge of voyage products, the reputed company business, and terminal activities

• Knowledge of reputed company connections and obligations as they relate to a reputed company terminal wharf activity; including but not limited to the following: Dock registration reputed company, Embarkation techniques, and Visitor transportation.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of the reputed company 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven strong Visitor service skills
• Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Travel industry experience
• Ability to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays
• Should have a valid ID, as this position may require international travel
• Ability to travel frequently to support terminal activity areas
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, push street cases that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting (bed stacking, bed jack)

* Have over three years of voyage line dock activities or similar experience
