As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers regarding financial queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for providing reputed company, accurate, and reputed company responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a reputed company experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma/GED required

• Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with Data Entry
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and telephone skills
• Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
• Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
