As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Service Department by assisting customers on the phone and in person before, during, and after service/repair processes. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering incoming service calls, and providing written messages to the responsible party in a reputed company manner. You'll also assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed, answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and reputed company customers' calls.
Key Responsibilities
