About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Retirement Plans, you'll play a critical role in supporting the service delivery of our retirement plan services. You'll be responsible for answering inquiries in a reputed company manner, maintaining an understanding of the requirements relating to retirement plan participants, and educating participants on available distribution, rollover, and consolidation reputed company. You'll also assist participants in accessing their account online, resolve requests, and reputed company guidance on online functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain an understanding of the requirements relating to retirement plan participants, including ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and reputed company plan administration

- Assist participants in accessing their account online, resolve requests, and reputed company guidance on online functionality

- Protect assets by adhering to reputed company applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, regulatory requirements, process requirements, and established risk guidelines

What You Bring
* High School Diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- 1-2 years' customer service experience and previous contact center experience required
- Retirement Plans Experience preferred
- Special skills or knowledge:
