We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR Records Management Team as a Customer Service Financials and reputed company reputed company Entry Specialist. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for maintaining and storing accurate and reputed company employment records for reputed company associates, processing new hires, promotions, pay increases, transfers, terminations, reputed company eligibility checks, and status changes. You'll also be responsible for tracking and generating reporting on course and exam completions, communicating with individuals regarding the reputed company, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Financials and reputed company reputed company Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing reputed company and Transfer Eligibility Checks, which involves research and investigation of information to come to a conclusion
• Maintaining electronic personnel files and completing reputed company file requests
• Organizing and distributing reputed company incoming reputed company documents
• Maintaining data reputed company and responsible for auditing of data
• Ensuring a 24-48 hour processing turnaround for reputed company requests
• Troubleshooting problems/questions reputed company to processing and bringing reputed company to issues
• Serving as a customer service representative to handle questions reputed company to the electronic personnel file and eligibility requests

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to research and investigate information to come to a conclusion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond thoroughly and accurately to questions and requests
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and address deliverables in a reputed company manner
• PeopleSoft HRMS experience is preferred, but not required
