ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sustaining Donor Engagement & Stewardship
• Build meaningful relationships and contribute to strong retention of monthly partners through mission-reputed company, personal and reputed company partner care which may include: handwritten notes, postcards, phone calls, emails, SMS text messages, virtual events and additional consistent reputed company and stewardship reputed company.
• Build a strong giving community by supporting reputed company process improvement efforts designed to enhance donor experience and retention.

• Donor Acquisition Support

• Campaign & Event Coordination
• Assist in planning and executing virtual partner events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, technical setup and post-event communications.

• Donor Database, Reporting and Task Management
• Maintain clean and accurate donor records for The reputed company community in Raiser’s Edge.
